Kilopi projesi; topluluk tarafından yürütülen, tam merkeziyetsiz, şeffalık ilkesini benimsemiş bir Web3 projesidir.
Bu ilkeler çerçevesinde tüm token dağılımları web sitemizde görünebilir durumdadır.

Takım’ın aldığı her bir token sistemde kayıtlıdır ve önden hiçbir şekilde ICO, IEO, NFT veya Arsa satışı yapılmamıştır. Aynı şekilde Takım da kendi kontrolüne hiçbir token almamıştır.
Takım üyeleri Kilopi Projesinden Topluluğun onayı çerçevesinde cüzi maaşlar almaktadırlar.
Dolar karşılığı az olan maaşların temel sebebi, takımı token değerini arttırma konusunda teşvik etmesidir.
Bu çerçevede Takıma katılmak, Kripto Projelerinde Deneyim elde etmek isteyen kişilerde şu şartları aramaktayız:
- Kilopi Projesinin tüm detaylarına hakim olmalı
- Kilopi ekibinin düzenli olarak yaptığı toplantılara düzenli katılmalı(zorunluluk olmasa bile konudan geri kalmaması gerekli)
- Projeye katkı sağlayabileceği bir alan olması gerekli( yazılımcı, pazarlama, topluluk ile iletişim için moderatörlük, oyunlarımızda aktif görevli vs.)
- Takımın genel sinerjisine uyum sağlayabilmeli
Bu şartlardan en önemlisi olarak gördüğümüz sinerji kısmıdır, bu göreceli bir değerlendirme olmasına rağmen takım arası iletişimi en hassas noktamız olarak görüyoruz.
Şartları karşılayan kişiler projede cüzi miktarlarda LOP token kazanarak bizimle birlikte devam etmek isterlerse

Kilopi project; is a Web3 project run by the community, fully decentralized, adopting the principle of transparency.

Each token received by the Team is registered in the system and no ICO, IEO, NFT or Land sales have been made beforehand. Likewise, the Team has not received any tokens under its control.
Team members receive small salaries from the Kilopi Project within the framework of the approval of the Community.
The main reason for the low dollar-equivalent salaries is to encourage the team to increase the value of the token.
In this context, we are looking for the following conditions for people who want to join the Team and gain Experience in Crypto Projects:
1- Must have knowledge of all the details of the Kilopi Project
2- Participate in the regular meetings of the Kilopi team (even if it is not compulsory, it should not be left behind)
3- It is necessary to have an area where he can contribute to the project (software, marketing, moderator for communication with the community, active duty in our games, etc.)
4- Must be able to adapt to the general synergy of the team
The most important of these conditions is the synergy part, although this is a relative evaluation, we see the communication between the teams as our most sensitive point.
